What happens when you open a case?
Your message is stored as a support case, visible to the Nesktop team. Admins can review it, respond, and update the status (for example, open, in progress, or resolved).
How to follow up
After you create a case, you can return to the support panel at any time to see your previous cases and read responses from the Nesktop team.
